Polyflora explores different brewing and fermenting processes, utilizing locally sourced ingredients and materials from farms. Polyflora works with local beekeepers for honey, farmers for seasonal fruit, processors for jams and preserves, and much more.
Polyflora focuses mainly on traditional mead (honey wine) but also seasonally produces hard cider, beer, and other beverages from consciously sourced materials.Â
Traditional mead batches have been produced with measured ABV between 11 - 14%. Polyflora aims to focus on desert wines (6%) to dry meads (17+%) in the future.
