Polyflora's main focus is to ensure the satisfaction of our customers with our products. We are always willing to work with you to remedy a situation where applicable. Please note that this warranty is not a legally binding agreement and is provided solely as a customer service benefit.
Polyflora provides a warranty for products (excluding Tier 4*) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 14 days (14) from the original end-user purchase date. If a physical defect is found and a claim is submitted within the warranty period, Polyflora will, at its discretion, either (1) Repair the defect or (2) Replace the product with a new or functionally equivalent one.
After 14 days from the original purchase date, while a replacement may be offered, it is not guaranteed.
*As tier 4 products are sourced from partners, different standards for production might impact qualty beyond our control.
